Invoice software built for freelancers
You did not go freelance to spend Sunday evening rebuilding the same invoice in a spreadsheet. Fatūra Pro turns that into about two minutes, and then chases the client so you do not have to.
Send an invoice in about two minutes
Pick a client you have billed before and their details fill themselves in. Add your lines, and tax and any discount are calculated as you type. Your logo, your bank details and your payment terms sit on the invoice already, because you set them once.
The result is a clean PDF you can send or print, in the currency your client actually pays in - 17 of them, from euro and pound to dirham and dirham marocain.
Get paid without the awkward emails
An invoice moves to Overdue on its own the day it passes its due date, and the dashboard tells you what is outstanding before you have to think about it.
When you do need to nudge someone, one click writes the reminder: polite, firm or final, in English, Dutch, French or Arabic, sent by email or WhatsApp. You read it before it goes.
Take a deposit, track what is left
Half up front and the rest on delivery is normal freelance practice, and the software should not fight you on it. Record what you received and the invoice shows as partially paid with the remaining balance in plain sight. Revenue counts what landed; outstanding counts what has not; reminders chase the balance, not the whole amount.
Fix a mistake the proper way
You cannot delete an invoice you have already sent - not legally, and not without confusing your bookkeeping. So when a job is cancelled or you got an amount wrong, you issue a credit note: its own number, a negative amount, a reference back to the original, and it flows into your VAT figures on its own.
Credit notes are included on every plan, including the free one. Correcting an invoice is not a premium feature.
UBL e-invoicing, when a client asks for it
Sooner or later a larger client or a public body will ask for an e-invoice rather than a PDF: a structured file their system reads by itself. Every invoice here exports as UBL XML following the European EN 16931 standard, the format behind e-facturatie in the Netherlands and its equivalents across the EU. Credit notes export too.
You do not have to understand any of that. You press one button and send the file.

Do I need a business registration to send invoices?
You can use Fatūra Pro without one. Whether you need to register a business to invoice a client depends on the rules where you live, so check with your local authority or accountant - the software itself asks nothing of you.
What if I bill in more than one currency?
Each currency keeps its own total and nothing is ever converted between them. You see €5.410 and $1.440 side by side, not one made-up figure built on yesterday's exchange rate.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, the whole app works on a phone, including creating and sending invoices. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app.
